Lindum House can cater for all your Festive requirements. Following on from last year’s outstanding success we are pleased to offer a range of menus designed to suit all occasions. We are offering Christmas Lunches, Evening Dinners, a seasonal Hospitality menu and a Fine Dine Buffet menu. Therefore should you not be able to get your party together for an evening function, you can have a Christmas lunch instead. In addition, should you require something less formal why not try our seasonal Hospitality or Fine dine buffet. All our ingredients are sourced locally and freshly prepared at Lindum House.

Lunch Menu

To Start

Roasted butternut squash soup, natural yoghurt and coriander

Celery and apple salad, with Roquefort dressing and toasted walnuts

Smoked salmon with dill crème fraiche, pickled cucumber, radish and deep fried caper

The Main Event

Roast Lincolnshire turkey, bacon chipolatas, apricot stuffing, thyme roasted potatoes, glazed carrots and brussels

Fillet of sea bream, tarragon potatoes, charred broccoli, wilted spinach, garden peas and fish veloute

Honey, garlic and thyme roasted butternut squash, with glazed beetroots, goat’s cheese and toasted pinenuts

Desserts

Steamed petite Christmas pudding served with brandy butter or pouring cream

Chocolate mousse with fresh blackberries and honeycomb

Chestnut mushroom soup, with sauté mushrooms on toast, roasted hazelnuts   V

Twice baked Lincolnshire poacher cheese soufflé, with red onion chutney and wilted spinach   V

Smoked salmon with roasted beetroot salad, horseradish cream and crisp sourdough

Maple glazed pork belly, cauliflower puree, pickled apple and crackling

The Main Event
